All packages include a 60 minute one-on-one consultation with Dr. Fahimi to review testing, discuss customized nutrition and exercise recommendations, and give you an opportunity to have your questions answered.


The Process

Step 1: Purchase bloodwork HERE.

Step 2: Check your email to schedule your phlebotomist, dietitian and related imagining and/or CGM appointments.

Step 3: Fill out a health questionnaire.

Step 4: You will receive a text 1-2 weeks after your initial appointment to let you know your results are ready.

Step 5: You will receive an email to schedule your one-on-one consultation with Dr. Fahimi.

Step 6: Check your email for a summary report with detailed, individualized, and actionable recommendations which you can share with your healthcare provider.

About Dr. Jahan Fahimi

Jahan Fahimi, MD, MPH

Jahan Fahimi is a board-certified physician practicing emergency medicine in the Bay Area for over 15 years. Having cared for patients with problems ranging from cardiac emergencies to orthopedic injuries, he turned his attention from treating the late presentation of diseases towards preventing them. He combines an expertise in a wide array of clinical conditions with a background in biochemistry and training in epidemiology to translate the latest research across a variety of fields into the practice of improving health, longevity, and performance.

Jahan has published over 40 peer-reviewed studies across numerous clinical topics and has been featured at CNN, The Washington Post, Politico, NBC, The Los Angeles Times, and The San Francisco Chronicle. He is a Professor of Emergency Medicine and faculty in the Institute for Health Policy Studies at University of California, San Francisco. He has received numerous prestigious teaching awards and recognitions for his research.

Born and raised in California, Jahan graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego with a degree in Biochemistry. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society at New York University School of Medicine where he received his medical degree. He completed a master of public health with concentration in epidemiology from the Harvard School of Public Health. After training and chief residency in Emergency Medicine, he completed a research fellowship before joining the faculty at the University of California, San Francisco.

Jahan currently lives in San Francisco, California with his family and enjoys healthy cooking, travel, snow sports, and live music.
