Welcome to Custom Fit. We are a team of experienced, professional trainers dedicated to our craft.  Encompassing almost 8,000sq/ft, we train out of two studio locations in Mid Market and Hayes Valley that are specifically designed for personal training. With an arsenal of state of the art equipment and the ability to precisely track and measure progress, our goal is to help you reach yours.

Our training style has a primary focus on core strength, functional fitness, and real food nutritional advice. Each program design is unique, but all are rooted in science. We understand that finding the right personal trainer and nutritional advice is extremely important, so we offer two introductory personal training sessions + nutrition consult with a Registered Dietitian + a DEXA scan for $249.

The first training session will consist of a discussion of your health, nutrition, injuries, goals, etc. Following that, we will guide you through several movement tests to help determine any muscle imbalances and then progress into a light workout to get a better idea of your strengths, weaknesses, endurance, etc. This takes about an hour. From there we will schedule the second session which will be a full workout. For the nutrition session we’ll dive deeper into your diet, your nutritional goals, and how it connects with fitness. This approach allows you ample time to get a feel for our style and the studio(s) while allowing us to learn about your diet, movement patterns, and other aspects of your fitness to create the best program possible.
