Partner training is two people (you + a friend or partner) and one trainer. We take the same straightforward approach to partner training as we do with personal training. We start with two intro sessions to discuss shared and/or separate goals, nutrition, injuries, etc., as well as do several movement tests. It’s extremely important that we thoroughly deduce any different strengths and weaknesses between two people so we can plan and program accordingly. Both people will sometimes do the same exercises, sometimes different exercises, and usually different weights and reps. We will also take biometric measurements as well as provide recipes to get started.
Partner Training Rates:
$130 to 150 per session depending on the trainer and package
